Long Swim before work Tuesday 28th
Thursday 2nd Mar A long, for the most part solo swim.
Short but fun swim in the waves
Tuesday 21st Feb No chance/need really to do a long swim today, so we just went out and had fun in the waves. Apologies for the quality of the pictures, but GoPro made the best of them - copy & paste the link below to watch
